Elizabeth Johnson, Ph.D.

Postdoctoral Associate

Elizabeth is a Postdoctoral Associate with the Religion and Social Change Lab. She completed her PhD in sociology at Duke University in 2025 and won the new Trinity Distinguished Dissertation Award for her research on ​workplace harassment targeting Mennonite and Episcopal clergywomen. Her work focuses on gender, religion, organizations, and mental health.
