Director of Research Translation
Erin Lane (MTS) is the Director of Research Translation for the Clergy and Congregations Research Collaborative, which means working with both the Clergy Health Initiative (CHI) and the Religion and Social Change Lab (RaSCL) to help make their research matter. Using her background as a popular author and vocational facilitator, her main responsibilities include understanding the small mountain of research accumulated by the Collaborative, discerning how and to whom it'd be most useful, and then packaging it into more accessible resources like programs, curricula, and literature that delight and inspire. She's especially interested in the vocational formation of non-clergy-track students in seminary, given she was one herself while at Duke Divinity School. Her happy place is a leash-less dog in an open field.
