Josh Gaghan, M.T.S.

Josh Gaghan is a Research Analyst with the Religion and Social Change Lab (RaSCL). In this role, he leads survey data collection for the Seminary to Early Ministry (SEM) Study, a longitudinal, mixed-methods study following divinity school students from matriculation into the early years of their careers. His current research primarily uses quantitative methods to understand the formation of divinity school students, the changing religious composition of the United States, and the impact of political polarization on religion.
