Our Research

Our research seeks to improve the well-being of clergy in the North Carolina United Methodist Church and beyond, while helping current and future faith leaders adapt to evolving times. In other words, we serve those who want to serve well with data-informed insights.

Since 2008, our research has produced over 50 peer-reviewed articles, reports, and summaries on trends in ministry formation and flourishing. We also wrote a book! Our work is made possible thanks to the generous time of participants in our signature studies.
